I am busy obtaining my new car today, but I do have a guest post is from Lisa at The Polish Playground! There are a few things I love about her. The first is her nail shape. She proves you don't have to have long square nails to have pretty nails, let alone be a blogger! In my opinion she is always rockin' it with some pretty nail art, from the simple to more intricate. Lisa is also a huge supporter of the nail and blogging community. She always has a kind word for everyone and is so encouraging, and I am a fan of people who build others up. I am so pleased to have her here today, let's see what she has!

Hello everyone! I'm Lisa from The Polish Playground and I'm so honored to be doing a guest post for Shelby Lou today. I've been a reader of hers for a while and was so excited when she asked me to guest post for her. To celebrate her blog anniversary, I decided to create a manicure with a fun accent nail to it. She is like the queen of accent nails so I wanted to do one to honor her.

I used OPI I'm Suzi & I'm a Chocoholic and Nostaglic Nail Lacquer Sloth on all the nails except the ring. For the ring, I used China Glaze Prism. I created the accent nail using striping tape. I applied OPI I'm Suzi & I'm a Chocoholic on top and then peeled the tape off when the polish was still wet. I also applied a bow stud from Born Pretty Store. Finished with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat.
